Returns and Exchanges for Defective Items

Please note that the color of the fabric may slightly differ from the product photos on the website due to the color display characteristics of electronic device screens.

Please also note that claims regarding product defects are accepted only if the defect is discovered at the post office branch. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect the item at the post office regardless of the payment method you have chosen. After the parcel has been received, claims under this condition will not be accepted.

If you discover a defect, please take detailed photos or a video and send them to us immediately via Instagram or Viber to your personal manager.

All expenses related to the exchange or return of a defective item are covered by the seller.

Refunds are issued to a bank card within 7 days from the date the return request is submitted.

Size Exchange

The item can be exchanged if:

• the item has not been used (no signs of wear);

• the product retains its original appearance (no stains, snags, etc.);

• all tags, labels, and the original packaging are intact.

All expenses related to the exchange of an item of proper quality are covered by the buyer.
